Your mail header says Pegasus Mail. Try: "File>Selective mail download".

Pegasus DL's the headers, then shows a list window with the sender, date,
subject and message size of every message on your POP3 server. There are
buttons to delete or fetch all tagged messages. It's easy to spot the 200K+
trojans, and usually there's a telltale warning message just after them.

Of course the Sircam trojans should be filtered out of the mailing list, but
until they are, this may help a little.
