try around

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\
Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces\adapterID

thats for win 2000 so it may be around there

if XP has regedit just do a search on your ip address of the machine you are on, if it comes up somewhere
around the above keys then thats it
