Yes, it's an IDE device. And Yes, I could mount it anytime as any IDE
device
BTW: I don't have a floppy disk, it's broken on this machine.
So I'm booting off UMSDOS right now.. CF card prepared using a card
reader on a different PC

Ok. But the CF is recognized under linux as an IDE device, isn't true?
