Hello Luca,
Windows Me is just a GUI. You can start DOS if you reboot a
computer, and then press F8 and select "command prompt only".
Make sure you have downloaded all mulinux files into a subdir
c:\mulinux, unzip the necessary files and reboot into DOS. From there
you can install mu.
