Weren't these the guys that ripped off the fink port of Gimp to OS X and 
resold it without giving any credit?

I'd say it's definitely *technically* possible to port 'WinTel' to Linux..  
the question is whether these guys want to, and whether they actually own
the code to 'WinTel' or not.
