This patch, when applied to LILO 21.7.5, allows one to have their /boot
on a linear LV.  This is a modified version of the patch Andreas Dilger posted
to the linux-lvm list a while back.  It was modified by Kevin Corry for use
with version 21.7.5 of LILO.
